I discovered yoga in 2002 whilst teaching Tennis in Hong Kong.
Having been involved in the Tennis world for most of my life and playing at high level, I found that Yoga started to heal long-term injuries sustained through my game.
After trying many different styles, it was Power Yoga that took me to a new level. I soon started to see and feel the benefits this particular style brought to my daily life, e.g. focus, a clearer and calmer mind, physical and mental flexibility, lengthening and toning of muscles and sustained high energy levels.
I love to share my passion and thrive on seeing student's progress and develop, so it made perfect sense for me to take a teacher training course in Power Yoga. I took my initial teacher training with Fred Busch - Miami Power Yoga and earlier this year I took my teaching to the next level and travelled to New York to train with Baron Baptiste and I continue to study and practice yoga every day.
As well as teaching Power Yoga to both private and corporate clients, I also continue to teach Tennis on a part time basis.
