Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a modern day exercise for modern day people.

It is a dynamic, challenging and fulfilling style of yoga that builds flexible strength, tones and lengthens the body whilst leaving you feeling calm, focused and energised. It is rapidly becoming the yoga of choice in the western world.

Power Yoga can be practiced almost anywhere and by anyone who is willing to give it a go. No one is too young or too old, too weak or too strong. 

Most Power Yoga sessions are closely based on the yoga style 'Ashtanga'. Unlike Ashtanga, Power Yoga does not follow a set series of poses and is therefore more accessible. Classes can vary from one to another.

This particular style of yoga allows you to explore and expand in all areas of your life.
