We invite you to a fun and insightful meditation workshop where you will learn the strategies and tools to create more space in your life and replace stress with fulfilment.
The purpose of meditation is to make our minds light and peaceful, to simply observe instead of react.
This interactive workshop is the perfect starting point into the journey of quieting your mind and relaxing your body.
From the moment we open our eyes in the morning until the time we decide to call it a day, our minds are over stimulated with the busyness of life.
In this meditation workshop, you will learn basic techniques to experience and practice for yourself the beauty of meditation and the importance of living fully in the present moment.
Simply having an awareness of our patterns of thinking can lead us not only to new insights but help us to transform our day to day life into a more meaningful and fulfilling way.
Jason is the brains that founded The House of Yoga and is a co-owner. He is passionate in exploring ways where we can live our lives in a more meaningful and heathy way.
As with many yogis, Jason’s journey began as a way to heal his body from physical ailments, but yoga and meditation means so much more than just the poses to him.
Jason is one of a handful of Baptiste certified teachers in Europe, a style of yoga that not only speaks to the student’s body, but also their head and hearts through yoga, meditation and self enquiry.
