Ready to get your ass kicked? This class will get your heart racing, your blood pumping and your mind focused.
Our Kickasana class is a fun class to push your boundaries and play with incorporating challenging poses such as arm balances and inversions. Go on, give in and grow!
Top Tip: This class is a great way to incorporate poses that you have worked on in the Kickasana Workshop Class on Tuesday at 6.45pm!

Some experience is recommended.
