At The House of Yoga we know how important it is to take care of our mental health as well as our physical health. Yoga asana(1) is a great introduction to meditation; creating space by bringing awareness to our physical practice.
This meditation class gives you the opportunity to take your meditation practice a step further. In these 30 minute meditation classes you will be guided through different techniques used to quieten your mind, bring space and find peace.
A regular mindfulness practice, through meditation can lead to increased well-being, greater focus and creativity and better relationships.
Top Tip; Struggle sleeping? This is a great class to unwind at the end of a day and set you up for a full night’s sleep.
