Connect with your new baby
Practising yoga during your pregnancy gives you an opportunity to build confidence in yourself physically and mentally, ease common pregnancy discomforts and connect in a unique way to your baby.
The postures in our Pregnancy Flow Class help to keep you supple and strong in your pregnancy and equip you to cope emotionally and physically with labour and birth and the transition into motherhood. The practice will be a specially modified to adjust with you as your pregnancy progresses. There will be an added emphasis on breathing and relaxation.
Each class will have a mixture of women at different stages of their pregnancy. This enables the class to share their wisdom and experiences with one another in the community, providing friendly support for each other through this special time.
