Yin Yoga

In Yin yoga you can expect delicious stretches that will unwind and release tension and create space for new growth in your body and mind.
The practice is mostly floor based. You will hold deep poses for 3-5 minutes to allow your body to sink deeper into openings. Long term benefits are increased flexibility, clarity of mind and an inner acceptance.
Yin Yoga is a restorative practice that is the perfect compliment to Power Yoga.
