Most of us live a very Yang, active, life. We are busy fitting in careers, friends and family with often
little time for ourselves. In our busyness we forget to take time to recharge, to slow down to connect
with our surroundings. Finding a balance between Yang and Yin (a more restorative lifestyle)
is a challenge.
We will take you on a yoga journey starting each morning with meditation and a dynamic Yang
morning practice based on the Ashtanga-Vinyasa system to wake up the body. In the evening we
will finish the day with Yin Yoga and Meditation/Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) to prepare you for restful
This yoga retreat will give you the opportunity to disconnect from everyday life and indulge in a
little “me time”. An oasis of peace, Galanias hotel is surrounded by the green Mediterranean hills
and miles of sandy beaches on picturesque island of Sardinia – the perfect place to find tranquillity
and restore balance to your body and mind.
This retreat is ideal for all levels of physical ability.
Every room has an independent entrance, air conditioning, mini bar, bathroom with shower,
hairdryer, TV, and a safe. The retreat cost is based on two people sharing a double room,
should you wish to have private room this is available to an additional cost.

private parking, and large garden.
Galanìas Hotel & Retreats has created a dedicated yoga shala with dimensions of about
100 square meters, surrounded by nature, greenery, and Mediterranean plants in which
you can enjoy yoga and meditation classes.
